eBedding - Middleton, M24 2HD

6am to 2pm / 12pm - 8pm Weekly Rotation

What we are looking for:

Due to continued growth of our e-Bedding operation and internal promotion, we are now looking for an e-Commerce team leader in our depot 3 Middleton Warehouse area, to manage a team as part of a customer focused warehouse operational team & assist in the effective management of this busy warehouse.

Flexibility will be needed to work a variety of shift patterns when needed including 2pm to 10pm shift and additional paid overtime including occasional nights (Mon to Thurs) and weekend cover.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of handling & despatching stock with accuracy.
Working closely with other eCommerce teams including Amazon lead & managers & communicating with warehouse managers.
Controlling sickness/absences.
Coordinating & prioritising activities across all shifts.
Maintain all internal & customer standards, ensuring all customer service requests are fulfilled.
Maintaining stock integrity.
Maintain standards of expectation and lead by example.
Be proactive in identifying problems & encourage employee participation.
Planning & monitoring of staff training.
Manage housekeeping of the WMS system.
Ensure comprehensive & accurate handover at the end of each day/shift.

Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent organisational, communication & leadership skills.
Objective setting & managing departments with the ability to achieve targets.
Excellent problem solving skills & attention to detail.
Ability to communicate to staff honestly & confidentially in difficult situations.
Sound operational knowledge.
Develop a skilled & flexible team & encourage team work with a customer focus.
Accommodate changes & consider customer needs when prioritising & allocating tasks.
Plan ahead to ensure timely delivery.
Respond effectively to unforeseen problems.
