We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
Utilize data entry skills to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell additional products/services
Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear understanding of information provided
Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
