Lead Application Developer, JAVA, 100% Remote
Circa £60K

Within this role you will be responsible for ownership of all technical aspects of development within the Scrum Team. Architecture design, development, system testing and delivery of solutions.

You will bring hands-on development including leading a team of JAVA developers, mentor developers and run periodic technical sessions to share knowledge and cultivate best practices within the team as well as overseeing the delivery and release of codeto production environment including, code reviews, defect fixes, performance tuning, post-implementation support and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring any deliveries are of high quality and any development side testing is complete.?
Working collaboratively with other Technology professionals to deliver technology programmes, projects and workstreams.?
Ensuring deliveries are secure, in line with best practice and aligned to policy.?
Creating and maintaining technical documents.?
Remaining up to date with development best practice.?
Assisting with troubleshooting systems and working collaboratively to resolve and prevent any defects, risk, or issues.?
Providing technical expertise.?
