Vanguard are looking to build a strong team of experienced Recruitment Consultants and currently recruiting for a self motivated individual to grow and develop existing and new clients across the West of Scotland.


This opportunity is not for the faint hearted with the right person prepared to take knocks daily and come up with new ways to engage with people to work in the construction market.


The business is a leading provider of temporary trades & labour to the Construction Industry formed over 25 years ago.

The challenges facing this sector in todays market are tougher than ever yet rewarding when it goes well - hence a key attribute of any applicant is resilience.


Responsibilities Include:

Managing and growing customer database.

Regular site visits


Requirements:

Previous experience in the Construction sector is helpful.

Self motivator with organisational skills in workload management.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability and confidence to work on own initiative.

A winning mentality with a thick skin for a tough environment

Resilient and adaptable.
