Job Title:

Digital Marketing Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

*Trainee or Qualified opportunity*
Location: Remote / Online with potential travel as required if learners require extra support

Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000

Criteria:

Must hold solid, occupational competency within Digital Marketing.
Must hold a Level 5 qualification in IT and/or Marketing (or equivalent).
Hold own Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

Train, assess and deliver the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standards at Level 3 and Marketing Executive Apprenticeship Standards at Level 4 via a blended learning approach (11 and group facetoface or online sessions).
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely assessments / visits (when allowed), quality paperwork and general administration.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Personal Skills:

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
