Key Responsibilities
This Outsourcing / Accounts Manager role will include managing your own portfolio and reviewing the work of more junior staff to include the following:

???Review of statutory year-end accounts.
Assisting startups and existing clients with all aspects of their finances.
UK financial reporting for limited companies, sole traders, and LLPs.
Review the quality of more junior team members and also offer support to active studiers within the team.

Skills and Experience

You will be an ACA or ACCA or equivalent Qualified Accountant support will be given if you are yet to complete final papers
You will have experience in statutory accounts preparation gained in a Practice environment and feel ready to move to an Accounts Manager position
The firm uses modern IT systems including Xero so previous experience with these will be advantageous
Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and supervising junior staff

Salary and an excellent range of benefits include the following:

Salary of £40,000
£45,000

Location
This role is based in Weybridge and is commutable from Kingston, Egham, Sunbury, Epsom, Leatherhead, Woking and surrounding areas.
