Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant to join the small HR team.

We have offices in Kidderminster and Worcester and are operating a hybrid working pattern, with 2-3 days working from home.


You will support the overall HR and Health and Safety function and objectives and provide a full range of services.

With our impressive growth plans for the next 2 years, recruitment, training and development, retention and engagement are key priorities fundamental to this role.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is intrigued by people and the business that they work in and are looking for a role where they can grow, develop and make a significant contribution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first line generalist HR advice admin and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters
  • Maintaining systems and processes including absence reporting, training matrix, quarterly reviews etc
  • Being an active custodian of Eco2Solar culture and values including supporting quarterly social events and CSR initiatives

About you:

  • CIPD qualified, or working towards
  • Experience of a similar role
  • Experience recruiting and resourcing
  • Proactive and organised
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
