U-Educate are currently recruiting for a
Cover Supervisor for a secondary school based in Coventry, CV4.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of learners' work
  • An ability to inspire learners in Y10 to Y1
  • Prepare, maintain and use equipment/resources required to meet the lesson plans/relevant
- learning activity and assist learners in their use

  • Carry out other duties as delegated by SLT when there is no absence to cover
  • Lunch/Break duties.
  • Act as a mentor to key students to improve with the eventual aim of improving their academic performance
  • Show a duty of care and take appropriate action to comply with Health & Safety requirements, safeguarding, security, confidentiality and data protection at all times reporting all concerns to an appropriate person

Requirements:


  • University Degree
  • Relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor
  • Experience, understanding and demonstration of barriers to learning and how
- to overcome this


Pay Rate:


  • SCP 69 £20,043 pro rata £17,550.
