Techniche Global are supporting a large manufacturer to appoint a Process Engineering Manager to manage all aspects relating to production engineering and new product introduction and materials.

You will take the lead to ensure the smooth and timely introductionof new product and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

New product development
Core process engineering improvements across machinery and equipment output
Material development, problem solving for niche products and introduction of any new machinery

Key Skills:

A relevant technical degree or suitable industry experience.
35 years' relevant experience in a similar position within a high out put manufacturing environment, ideally with Polymers experience.
Good IT skills in Microsoft packages and bespoke manufacturing software
Excellent communication skills
