A leading independent marketing services business that provides sophisticated marketing collateral and print fulfilment services to organisations and leading brands across the UK is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team in Huntington.

Role Summary
This is an exciting new opportunity to join their Finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that debts are received from customers in accordance with agreed credit terms and maintaining customer accounts all withintheir ERP system.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build effective internal and external relationships to ensure the debt is resolved whilst having mínimal/no impact on customer relations
  • Proactively collect overdue monies from customers
  • Process, reconcile and allocate payments via cheque, cash, credit/debit cards and BACS
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer and colleague requests for information and documents
  • Be the main point of contact for all sales invoice queries from internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills:


  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
  • Be flexible
  • Be friendly
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines and be organised in your approach
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have previously used Excel and also literate in other Microsoft products e.g Outlook, Word
