    The Deputy Site Manager plays a vital role in the management and daily running of our residential homes, ensuring a safe, positive, and happy environment for all residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the home's operations, adhering to CQC standards and company policies.

    This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain experience in adult social care. You will work closely with staff, residents, families, and external organizations to create a supportive and inclusive community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care and satisfaction
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services
    • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies

    Personal Qualities:

    • Leadership skills and experience in adult social care
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
