Works closely with Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent and Onboarding Coordinators to provide a seamless experience that reflects the company's values.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Implements and drives end-to-end recruiting and selection activities to achieve hiring goals. Accountable for ensuring all talent acquisition activities are conducted with consistent quality and operational rigor, taking into account global standards andlocal market requirements.
  • Manages the recruitment process, ensuring the appropriate approvals, process, and system compliance. Actively manages and tracks requisitions. Manages and owns searches. Develops a culture of continuous improvement, operational rigor, and goal achievement.
  • Identifies opportunities for greater internal career progression, building communication campaigns that promote internal movement and advancement.
  • Leads the Talent Acquisition team; motivates team to achieve a common objective and establishes a clear sense of clarity and purpose. Leads and mentors team, providing opportunities for learning and development that promote retention and result in careerprogression and/or role expansion.
  • Partners with leaders/hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies for their unique requirements including drafting/updating job descriptions.
  • Develops and implements recruiting toolkits for high volume roles; builds job description library, competency model, interview questions, etc. to ensure consistent processes; trains hiring managers.
  • Identifies opportunities to automate and streamline elements of onboarding; develops touchpoints for new hires that result in a personalized and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


  • Educated to degree level preferable
  • Experience in highvolume, fast paced recruitment, preferably in a global environment (ideally UK, US and Germany experience)
  • Experience in creating, leading and developing teams; demonstrated experience leading and inspiring teams through change. Ability to foster a team environment consistent with the company's values.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated experience delivering an extraordinary service experience to internal constituents.
  • Balance of handson experience and strategic mindset with exceptional sense of initiative and accountability. Rollup your sleeves approach to accomplishing work.
  • Proven track record of utilizing and maximizing Applicant Tracking Systems; experience driving process improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to examine and reengineer operations; ability to compile data, analyse, and present in clear and concise format; ability to present information and provide instruction.
  • Demonstrated leader who fosters an expectation of continuous improvement and business evolution among team members; track record of identifying and building talent.
  • Experience with selection and implementation of Applicant Tracking System highly desirable.
