Frontline Recruitment is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our client's workforce which is specialising in distributing the gate automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organise office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a wellstocked and functional workspace.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects.

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is a plus.

Additional information:


  • Pay rate: £11.50
  • Shift pattern: Mon-Fri
  • Working hrs: 9:00am5:00pm
  • Assignment: Temporary
