Description
Working in our Customer Service team you will:
- Record information on our CRM and maintain accurate records
- Manage and protect all customer information, this includes sensitive information in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- Think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to our customers' requests
- Liaise with Energy Suppliers to ensure a prompt resolution of customer queries
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all aspects of the customers' requirements are met
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience of working in a Customer Service role within an Energy Supplier or Consultancy
- A passion for excellent customer service
- The ability to communicate effectively with a range of Stakeholders and Customers
- Analytical skills enabling you to identify root causes and proactively resolve issues
- A confident, resilient and articulate nature
- Be able to work well both on your own and as part of a dedicated team
- Ability to plan and organize time and tasks effectively.
- Adaptable to change
Job Types:

From £19,000.00 per year
