Principal Accountabilities:
- To actively work our historic database by contacting previous Market appraisals attended to generate new appointments for our agents, mortgage appointments & conveyancing leads?and by contacting customers with a house to sell to generate market appraisals,viewings, mortgage and conveyancing leads
- To ensure our standard service levels are consistently achieved
- To monitor results and actively look for ways to improve performance and results
