I am currently recruiting a Head of Product - Payments to work for an award-winning fintech.

The Head of Product, Payments will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of Product Managers, delivery and performance of UK payments products for the business.

Defining and managing the roadmap for payments products across the business and will report into the CPO.
Drive crossfunctional alignment with product strategy by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Adhere to the product governance framework ensuring team meets key milestones and delivers high quality documentation
Set your team's product goals, success metrics and roadmap. Managing a team of 10+ Product Managers and Product owners.
Strong Experience across UK payment schemes, BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments and international payments would be advantageous.
Monitor product performance against OKRs and KPIs and communicate this to the business in relevant forums.
5+ years of experience working with a highgrowth tech company or working in payments service providers, fintech's consultancies, payment businesses.
2+ years of experience in coaching and developing Managers of Managers, empowering them and setting them up for continued success and broad impact.
Experience of working within B2B2C environments would be advantageous.
Ideally experience across scale up, fintech and financial services consultancies.

Salary Range:
£140,000 to £160,000

Bonus, Pension, Holiday allowance etc.

Location:
West London - Hybrid working

Full time role - 4 days a week in the office.
