Our client is seeking a Service Administrator to join their team.

As dedicated admin, this role is responsible for the organisation, distribution and verification of the work of engineers, engineer's assistants and sub-contractors.

These works include planned maintenance, reactive works, repairs and insurance items.

Further responsibilities include dealing with customer requests, enquiries and complaints.

As Service administrator you are in authority of ordering parts and equipment, controlling inventory and maintaining computerised information systems.

You are also charged with performing administrative and accounting tasks appropriate to the individual client's requirements, contractual agreements and systems.


Duties include:

  • Process work orders as submitted through portals
  • Process work orders as telephoned in
  • Process out of hours calls
  • Log jobs
  • Allocate jobs to relevant engineer, department or subcontractor
  • Coordinate crew
  • Coordinate breakdowns, services, repairs, environmental works
  • Raise and track purchase orders
  • Produce shut down reports
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers

Experience Required:


  • Ideally you will have worked in a similar role, customer service, call centre, maintenance, repair or engineer dispatch
  • Client relationship management

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm


Salary:
up to £25,000 DOE
