The role

Joining our National Property Team, the Property Administrator will provide admin support across all aspects of the property function including Legal, Finance and Property.


In this role you will need exceptional attention to detail, confidence working with systems, processes and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


This permanent role will operate 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday based at our group central office in Letchworth.


Key accountabilities

  • Raising drafts of important legal documents, liaising with senior internal management teams, plus external parties such as solicitors and Land Registry
  • Filing and administration of completed documents such as registrations, searches or ordering official copies from the Land Registry
  • Preparing and issuing monthly departmental reports and essential management information
  • Arranging Landlord Inspections, Sub-Tenants Utility Recharges and subsequent invoicing

Skills & experience

  • A dynamic and genuine approach, with excellent interpersonal skills, a true team player though able to operate independently when required.
  • Good commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Great attention to detail and a confident user of software and technology, with intermediate excel skills
