At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830

What you'll be doing

Brand ambassador:

Distill Three Business brand positioning into all marketing initiatives, ensure the message, tone and brand are on point.
Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging comms and firstclass sales toolkits.
Facilitate access to ondemand, relevant, and highquality materials by sales teams.

Account management:

Agree marketing support levels and priority with channel management.
Routinely gather feedback from sales on material created.
Manage creative agency.

Commercial performance:

Maximise value growth through evaluation of activities within channels.
Understand propositions, telco market/customer trends and latest marketing tools, translating these insights into effective channel marketing deliverables.
