Trentside Offices, Nottingham, NG2 3GT
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rational basis working in between the hours of 5:30am - 6pm.
1 in every 4 weekends to be worked

What you'll be doing;
- Keep transport costs to a minimum by optimised planning / consolidation
- Ensure all vehicle defects are addressed in a timely manner ensuring compliance
- Alongside Transport Manager keep fleet maintenance up to date in line with requirements of the operators licence
- Produce tachograph reports from software ensuring drivers sign and understand infringements
- Be involved in improvement projects in regards to changes within the business
- Liaising with recycling centres and transfer stations to ensure all waste levels are collected as planned
- Liaise with vehicle maintenance providers and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth running of the operation and adherence to Service/MOT schedules
What we're looking for;
- Previous experience of route planning & scheduling
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Nottinghamshire and the surrounding counties
- Experience of dealing with both drivers and customers
- Good PC skills including Google Sheets and Google Docs
