Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities in the kitchen
• Oversee food production and ensure highquality standards are met
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development
• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
• Monitor food safety practices and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative dishes and menu items
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role in a restaurant or culinary establishment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production, and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills

Salary:
£11.50-£13.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 45 per week
