    About The Role

    We aim to make GenAI models capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Tutor in Hospitality Management, you will collaborate on projects that challenge AI models and refine their responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate prompts that challenge AI models
    • Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers
    • Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A Master's degree or PhD in Tourism/Hospitality Management or a related field
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in Hospitality Management or other related fields, with a focus on one of the following areas: Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Event Management, Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Management, Leisure and Recreation Management, Customer Service Operations, Business Administration with Hospitality Focus
    • An advanced level of English (C1) or above
    • The ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines
