Reactive and Small works Multi Trade Operative who has experience in assessing, fault finding and carrying out repairs within residential and commercial property.

We are looking someone who is able to deliver high standards in various trade skills.

Therefore, it is important that our
Reactive and Small works Multi Trade Operative can complete the following to a good standard.

Carry out
plumbing repairs such as bath leaks, toilet blockages and radiator remedials.

Carpentry tasks such as re-hanging doors, fitting locks and replacing window hinges

Both single

- and double-
glazing replacement. To include measuring.

4.
Guttering repairs

Good communication skills
Leave every instruction clean
Complete basic photographic and written reporting using
"The Complete Property Group South Limited "supplied site audit reporting app
Most importantly you must be able to be good with customers and enjoy your work
To be comfortable working to a time scale
To be flexible in your approach and be able to carry out small, planed works when the requirement to be dedicated to reactive works slows down. Commonly April to September.

Applicants must have own tools and full UK driving licence.

We are located in Portsmouth; however, our team will be working on all type of commercial property within Hampshire, West Sussex, and surrounding counties.

The role will be permanent sub - contracting.

Multi Skilled position hourly rate:
£18:50ph dependent on experience.

£15.00-£21.50 per hour

CSCS (preferred)
