Accounts Assistant

The Role

  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciliation of sales and purchase ledger
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Matching of invoices and delivery notes
  • Bank and credit card statement reconciliations
  • Resolving any invoice discrepancies
  • Credit control duties
  • Other ad hoc duties

Essential Criteria

  • At least 2 years (+) experience in a similar role
  • An accounts qualification
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
