Finance Manager


Based in Tring, Hertfordshire our client is an established, growing, and forward-thinking company who are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as Finance Manager on a permanent basis.


This role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with several years' experience in a manufacturing business to be directly responsible for the international part of the business with entities in Europe, USA and Australia.

You will assist inthe setting up of a European entity and understand international tax and transfer pricing procedures.


The company is a manufacturing business with overseas operations, with total turnover is £50m and the international piece being £40m.

A background in international manufacturing is essential, you will be working with a well-established team of 4 and workingclosely with the directors.


Job responsibilities:

  • Preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Strategic costing analysis and strategic financial planning
  • Overseas tax matters
  • Responsibility for accounting systems
  • Financial auditing
  • Legal matters
  • Statutory reporting
