Administrative Assistant|Kirklees

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working to fill a vacant Administrative Assistant role in a large public sector organisation based in the Kirklees Area.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit enterprise that is proud to be able to provide a service to help the people within its local communities.

The position would suit an individual with recent administrative experience.


Duties:


  • To undertake administrative duties associated within the Teams
  • To be the point of contact on a daily basis for the services within the teams
  • Take minutes of team meetings/safety huddles, and document attendance
  • Order total purchasing stock, using eproc, and other relevant purchasing processes
  • Keep accurate client records according to organisation policy, and best practice guidelines

Person:


  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work to tight deadlines
  • Thrives when working in a busy office environment
  • Good system skills such as Microsoft, Excel
