Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working to fill a vacant Administrative Assistant role in a large public sector organisation based in the Kirklees Area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit enterprise that is proud to be able to provide a service to help the people within its local communities.
Duties:
- To undertake administrative duties associated within the Teams
- To be the point of contact on a daily basis for the services within the teams
- Take minutes of team meetings/safety huddles, and document attendance
- Order total purchasing stock, using eproc, and other relevant purchasing processes
- Keep accurate client records according to organisation policy, and best practice guidelines
Person:
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work to tight deadlines
- Thrives when working in a busy office environment
- Good system skills such as Microsoft, Excel
