LDASS Domestic Abuse Service provides refuge accommodation, outreach support and a wide range of support services for all who suffer domestic abuse; thus promoting safety, well-being and independence within the community.
Our main office is based in Lincoln however we provide support to the whole of Lincolnshire.Specialist Domestic Abuse practitioner
37.5 hours per week

Are you committed and enthusiastic to making a difference to those affected by domestic abuse?
Do you feel passionate about 'Ending Domestic Abuse Now' in Lincolnshire?
We are looking for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated team here at LDASS, to support individuals/families who have been affected by domestic abuse.
The ideal applicant will be required to work with individuals who have experienced domestic abuse in their lives, to create personalised support plans to help them move forward with an independent life that is safe and free from domestic abuse while reflecting the values of LDASS.
The successful applicant will be a reliable individual who has proven experience of emotional and practical support, including being proficient in working holistically to deliver risk assessment, safety planning, confidence and self-esteem while working in a high paced and often challenging, but highly rewarding, workplace.
Relevant experience or knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse on adults, children and young people is desirable.
