I am looking for a Building Surveyor to start immediately, working for a large housing association in the West Midlands on a 6 month contract.

The Building Surveyor will be responsible for planned and improvement surveys in communal blocks, flats and residential properties. This role offers mileage paid from home as you will be expected to travel between Birmingham and Coventry.


Building Surveyor duties:


  • Kitchen and Bathroom surveys
  • Oversee contractors onsite, checking the quality of works and signing off.
  • Carry out general improvement works; flooring, decoration works and soil pipes in flats

Building Surveyor essentials:


  • Experience carrying out surveys in a similar position
  • Experience in social housing
  • Qualification or degree in related practices.
