An award-winning and rapidly expanding accountancy consultancy near Swiss Cottage (NW8) are now seeking a Team Administrator.

You will join their collaborative and busy office support team and will provide day-to-day administrative support for their team of Accountants and Auditors.

This is a highly varied role, and you will have the opportunity to work on a range of tasks and projects with the support of a wider admin team.

Duties within the Team Administrator role will include some of the following:

  • Working through a daily list of administrative tasks, prioritising workload and managing your own time efficiently.
  • Copy typing using dictation in an accurate and effective manner.


  • Data entry

  • Compiling Excel spreadsheets, sorting and formatting data.
  • Creating client invoices, to be sent to the head of operations for approval.
  • Managing all post and deliveries for your team.
  • Attending internal meetings and taking notes/action points.
  • Answering the telephone and liaising with clients in a professional manner.
  • Organising meetings on behalf of your team, sending out confirmations.
  • Liaising with HMRC and chasing information for the client team.
  • Adhoc duties as they arise.
The chosen Team Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven and exceptional office administrative skills.
  • Able to effectively prioritise their workload.
  • Strong and confident interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accurate, detail orientated, and process driven.
  • Proficient across all of the Microsoft office packages.
  • Team player and enjoys working closely within a team
