Processing and managing insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
Communicating effectively with clients and insurers regarding claims status.
Ensuring all claims information is recorded accurately in the system.
Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the claims process.
Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Continually improving knowledge of relevant insurance products and legislation.
Resolving claimsrelated queries promptly and professionally.
Adhering to the company's quality standards and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Claims Handler should have:

A strong academic background, preferably in a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities.
A detailoriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in using relevant computer software and systems.
