Position Responsibilities:

  • Support operations of the Endeavor UK and Europe Corporate Card Programmes primarily held by Barclaycard Visa
  • Support and resolve employee expense management issues and postings
  • Collaborate with 3rd party financial outsourced provider, WNS regarding monthly transaction processing, card reconciliation and delinquent expense handling, posting and payment process
  • Support HR and Legal in final employee card reconciliations that include sensitive cardholder issues
  • Participate in various testing activities for new and system enhancement projects in SAP, Concur & Workday that affect the credit card program
  • Support expense management team in Concur global projects, implementations and troubleshooting as it applies to credit card implementation

Abilities and Key Competencies:

  • Experience in the administration of corporate credit card programs
  • Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting
  • Selfdisciplined
  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with business unit management
  • Handle fast paced, highenergy environment
  • Flexible to take on new challenges
  • Ability to concurrently manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or country equivalent
  • Previous experience in Business Finance functions a plus
