As the Head of Healthcare you will be responsible for the pro-active general management of the healthcare establishment, maintaining the strategic direction and delivering the agreed contractual requirements and targets and managing the unit within its financial framework.

Maintaining agreed standards of service, and leading, motivating and developing staff.

This role also includes responsibility for all aspects of personnel, financial reporting, IM&T and general management of the healthcare establishment and being the CQC Registered Manager.

This is to ensure that we can obtain appropriate checks such as Home OfficeVetting clearance.


About You:

You will be able to provide evidence of your strong and compassionate leadership ability and have undertaken management training.

With experience of working within governance frameworks and of effectively managing teams including HR processes.

You'll receive an annual salary up to £60,000 per annum - depending on experience. with £ car allowance and 10% bonus
