Team:
The post-holder will work within an innovative mental health team.
Do you want to support the RISE service which is part of Newcastle Gateshead CCG, NHS, DFE Mental Health in Schools Services. Rise works with children and young people aged in schools/colleges across Newcastle & Gateshead to help support their emotional and mental wellbeing.
Your role will be to:
- Assist the Impact and Performance Analyst to provide data reports to the Operations Manager as necessary by helping in the preparation of data methodologies and phasing plans to enable completion of Funder Reports
- Checking data to ensure it has been entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support service with referrals and inputting on mosaic. Supporting in managing and updating trackers or excel spreadsheets.
- Admin support to team colleagues ensuring a high level of confidentiality is maintained.
Skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Good level of skills in English both verbally and in written form.
- A high degree of selfmotivation and ability to work alone under pressure.
Work-based Knowledge
Relevant experience of working in an admin role.
