We have just the job for you We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person to join a well-established and reputable organisation, Make UK.

You will join their successful sales team who sell HR and legal and Health and Safety subscriptions.


This role is to achieve sales into both new and existing clients through a consultative approach on a national basis.


As Sales Consultant, your duties will also include:

  • Attend sales meetings, company organised training programmes or courses and events. This will be virtual or face to face as required.
  • Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge it is expected that this will be done through a combination of Teams and facetoface meetings depending on location and customer preference.
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge.
  • Make sales appointments with clients.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to make sure that the customer journey is exemplary.
  • Generate new leads.
  • Follow up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied.
  • Finds new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales particularly out of existing manufacturing/engineering sectors.
  • Understand how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends.
  • Keep uptodate with developments in training and consultancy delivery. Can talk knowledgably about digital sales offerings.
  • Development and management of a sales plan.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI's, taking complete ownership and responsibility.

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications required:


  • High levels of tenacity, robustness and drive.
  • Both team and company focussed.
  • Uptodate with relevant political and commercial developments; is completely uptodate with new Make UK products and services and can discuss knowledgeably with clients.
  • Provide insight, challenge and offer the most compelling and best fit solutions for clients on all occasions.
  • Highly experienced in selling B2B.
  • Track record of consistently achieving KPI's/Targets.
  • Effective collaboration with key support teams and stakeholder groups.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
