    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to drive business development and cultivate relationships with customers worldwide.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Identify and create new sales opportunities across target markets.
    • Collaborate with customers to design solutions based on our advanced fibre optic sensing systems.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate contracts to secure successful deals.
    • Work closely with engineering, finance, and production teams to align customer requirements with our technical and commercial capabilities.

    Key Requirements:

    • Strong technical communication skills, including explaining complex issues to non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and create compelling business cases.
    • Commercial awareness and networking skills to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
    • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

    Personal Attributes:

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
