An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our Acute Stroke Team to support our TIA clinic service.


We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and who is committed to providing a first-class service for patients in a fast-paced environment.

You will have an understanding of outpatient appointment booking, managing referrals and clinic booking.

You will also be able to prioritize your workload and that of the team with constantly changing demands, meet agreed deadlines and use your own initiative.

You will be expected to be able to coordinate the other members of the team that manage the TIA clinic and keep accurate records including a database in order to meet all guidelines.

You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the TIA clinic appointments. Good team working is essential for the effective delivery of the service.
