We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to perform a broad range of tasks including test administration, customer support and promotional activities.


About You:


To be considered for the role, you'll need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence in IT, including Microsoft software such as Excel and Word
  • Strong time management skills with ability to deliver to deadlines
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • The ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines in a fastmoving environment
  • Strong intercultural skills
  • Experience working with students in higher education settings (desirable)

Main Responsibilities:


  • Endtoend management of test administration, including client onboarding, test scheduling, issuance of results reports/preparation of certificates
  • Providing support for test takers and maintaining accurate records of test details
  • Working with the Product Director to assist with the organisation and management of a range of short, medium, and longterm projects or businessasusual activities requiring test administration
  • Supporting graders (onboarding, invoicing, responding to/escalating queries)
  • Dealing with enquiries and providing customer support for client organisations and test takers
  • Assisting with record keeping, meeting management and minutetaking
  • Assisting with research and monitoring competitors and market opportunities
  • Assisting with development and distribution of promotional material
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Product Director
