This role will involve you being adaptable, hands on at times but very much driving the people strategy of the organisation.

You'll support the Senior Team and partner the CEO and other key management team members.

You'll get significant headroom and you'llget to do all the lovely glossy stuff that every aspiring People Director yearns to do.

The business needs someone with an operational mindset, somebody that will think commercially and whom sees the people function as being there to drive the business forward.

What will you be focusing on as the People Director:

As the business scales you will need to grow and build a highly effective HR function
You will focus on induction, engagement and retention.
Providing quality L&D programmes for everyone from new starters to board directors.
Support in recruitment and talent management within the organisation, proactively searching for future talent and building a pipeline for growth.
Develop the Employee brand proposition
Evaluate and develop the current Reward package
Organisational Design ensuring the business has the right structure in place to deliver it's growth goals
Evolve the organisational culture

So what qualities will you need to be successful in this role?
This role is an incredible opportunity for the right People Director.

It will be an intense and exhilarating where pace will be critical given the growth aspirations and focus this business values.

You will need to be incredibly organised to effectivelymanage the workload and prioritisation will be key to ensure you deliver in this fast moving environment.

Cooperative in style and a great influencer you will provide high levels of support and counsel to the senior team.

People will describe you as passionatebecause you get things done ahead of schedule, you are vocal about HR and it's importance to a successful business.

Quite simply the business won't achieve it's growth goals without the right people strategy.
