We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Environmental Health and Safety Officer / Quality Control Officer to join our team.

As the Environmental Health and Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Your main goal will be to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.


This role could offer part time hours and there will be some remote working from home, you may only be on site for 1 week per month.

Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide safety training to employees on various topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving safety performance
  • Stay uptodate with current environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • To implement quality control procedures for monitoring performance
  • To oversee ISO 9001 and 18001

'''Experience''':


  • Proven experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • First aid certification is preferred
