We are currently recruiting an
Administrator to be a part of our integral team in
Catterick, Garrison DL9 4AD

  • For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process
DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

Please note that this is a temporary maternity cover role, starting from 19th June 2023.

What you'll be doing:


  • You will be responsible for the distribution of all reports, correspondence, documents and the production of statistical returns using a standard MODNET PC.
  • Type in the format shown in JSP 101 and PM(Army) Instructions.
  • Work in strict order from the bottom of his/her 'IN' tray unless otherwise directed on priority work passed to him/her by the Police Office Manager.
  • Check all completed work before distribution to ensure that it is of the required standard.
  • Maintain an uptodate distribution list for all units within 150 Pro Coy Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of investigation files allocated for trial at court martial.
  • Responsible for the distribution of Fingerprints and DNA to the Service Police Crime Bureau.
  • Track and maintain a record of all Results Of Proceedings (ROPs) before distribution to SPCB

Experience:


  • Compliance and Key requirements:
  • Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes
  • Knowledge of company timelines and deadlines
  • Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines
  • Must possess NVQ level 2, ECDL or equivalent.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
