The role

The difference our new Site Maintenance Operative will make
As a Site Maintenance Operative, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our existing facilities at Ruislip workshop.

Day to day, you will be carrying out maintenance onsite and general upkeep to include minor plumbing, electrical work.

You will also conduct groundskeeping, cutting grass and maintaining the upkeep of all interior aspects, whilst ensuring vehicles are located within the correct area, dealing with visitors and issuing passes.

This role is based on-site.


Essential experience:


  • UK driving licence as may be required to drive company vehicle
  • Take responsibility and demonstrate initiative
  • Knowledge of general domestic maintenance including plumbing, electrics and a qualification would be advantageous; however, training will be provided
  • Able to drive standards/improvements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver in a complex environment
  • Able to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify mistakes
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team
