    Description

    Mcr Property Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our construction finance team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, working closely with our Senior Construction Accounts Payable Clerk and Asset Managers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including matching purchase orders to invoices
    • Coding invoices to correct tax and nominal codes
    • Ensure accurate record keeping and update bank reconciliation spreadsheet with supplier payments once processed
    • Provide support to management accountant and other department managers
    • Assist with supplier queries and obtain approvals for all invoices from Asset Managers

    What We Offer:

    • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
    • 23 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day every year up to 25 days (capped)
