- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activity.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Resourcing Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in an HR or recruitment role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practice.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience using HR information systems.
