Description
Team Support:
- Provide full administrative support to all members of the team where required
- Arranging meetings for the team
- Assisting with invoices, drafting and issuing, chasing payments
- Processing team expenses
- Travel management booking hotels, cars, flights and planning logistics
- Assisting with client events
- Updating the company database with client details and managing applicants via the database
- Ensuring all registered staff are up to date with membership and CPD requirements.
- Updating and maintaining contacts mainly in Outlook
- Electronically management the database with up to date records
- Revising and planning schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, marketing material, reports and correspondence
- Diary management for senior members of the team
- Providing holiday cover for absent team members
- Obtaining equivalent information for surveyors
- Outlining property sales features from marketing reports
- Uploading new properties to the company database and website
- Organising viewings for the surveyors
Key Competences
Strong experience in a similar team assistant/administrative role within a professional organisation
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Quick and accurate typing skills
Superb organisational and administrative skills, able to prioritise numerous tasks and deadlines with good attention to detail
