We are a leading trusted provider of online qualitative research tools and services based in the heart of Lancaster.

We provide online platforms for market research agencies that allow them to set up qualitative research projects - for groups/communities or for one-on-one interviewing and ethnography work.

We Need:

VisionsLive are on a journey of expansion and require a project co-ordinator to join our team in a permanent role working in Lancaster, UK.

You would be responsible primarily for co-ordinating on-line qualitative market research projects based on client need.

The job holder will also be part of a customer support team and will therefore need to build and maintain a strong working knowledge of all VisionsLive products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with department leaders to ensure smooth day to day delivery of our services.
Review projects processed from the sales department and establish client needs.

Project Coordination

Scheduling Works
Diary Management.
Creating projects using VisionsLive products
Liaising with recruiters, moderators and translation services
Providing support during and after online Research Sessions
Delivering product training to clients and moderators
Creating demo boards
Managing the Incentive process
Clearly explain technical matters to nontechnical users verbally and in writing, maintaining true professionalism at all times.
Coordinating resources over simultaneous projects
