Description
Fast-growing premium wellbeing company supporting clients globally is seeking a Client Services Executive.

Services are delivered digitally via a combination of in-house and remote
- based global team.


This role which is a combination of sales and account management is a crucial hire to support the next phase of the company's expansion.


Responsibilities include:


  • Responding to new enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Onboarding of new clients.
  • Supporting the sales process and reporting sales performance.
  • Leading the operational running of the business including all client account administration.
  • Developing existing processes to help drive the business forward during expansion phase.
  • Supporting HR processes including contract management of team members, rota management including holiday cover etc.
  • Daily client interaction to ensure they have all the information and support they need throughout their programme cycle.
  • Supporting sales and marketing campaigns offering innovative ideas to improve client experience and company performance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail with proactive/can do attitude.
  • A teamworker confident working alongside the Founder and client coaching team.
  • Process driven and logical thinker, comfortable following existing processes and suggesting improvements.
  • A passion for client service with prior proven experience, ideally with a track record of consultative sales with clients.
  • A clear understanding and experience of sales pipelines and administration including payment processing and client account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to accurately report on metrics.
  • Confident working with CRM and Good working knowledge of EXCEL and One Drive.
  • Passion for health and wellbeing is preferred with additional qualifications in fitness/nutrition a bonus but not essential.

Salary:
Up to £35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
