Programme Manager Manager
(Northampton - Remote/Hybrid Working)

As Programme Manager you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programmes within a Payments setting. You will own multiple work streams and identify dependencies across to ensure alignment with other business functions.

You will be responsiblefor developing business cases from inception to execution, you will build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to generate buy-in and provide understanding of the impacts of change.

While measuring and reporting on programme progress you will ensurerelevant documentation is created and evidenced to control board standards while ensuring that project cost, quality and time are managed within the approved scope and plan while preserving customer experience.

This opportunity is open to remote/hybrid working arrangements but will require up to 2 days per week in the Northampton office.

As a Programme Manager you will have:

Proven track record managing risky software delivery programmes, spanning multiple business areas, stakeholders and timescales.
Significant team/line management experience.
Significant budget management experience (£510m projects/portfolios).
Significant knowledge of card payments is preferred or an overall understanding of the Financial Services industry.
Significant experience in Project Risk Management.
Exceptional stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence business decisions and drive analysis/problem solving of complex technology/operational issues.
PM/Agile certification or similar.
High level understanding of the balance between meeting business needs while considering the complex legal/regulatory environment in which the business operates.
