Subcold Ltd is an exciting and fast-paced business within the online retail industry with an immediate vacancy in our Administrative Team.

We are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator based at our office in Livingston, West Lothian.


Working Pattern - Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5pm. Rotational Saturday approx. 1 per month.


Salary - negotiable depending on experience.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • General administration ad hoc admin tasks, answering phone calls, customer service enquiries.
  • Data input and processing of internal documents including our internal returns process, posting stock back to inventory and collating monthly reports.
  • Developing a knowledge and understanding of our internal systems and products.
  • Daily processing of sales orders.
  • Daily processing of return orders.

Skills & Qualities

  • Applicants require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous administration experience and knowledge of Google Docs would be advantageous for this role but not essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to react positively to daytoday challenges.
  • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Be able to work comfortably alone as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage a small team to work efficiently.
Travel to work may need some prior planning if you do not have a car.


Job Types:

Salary:
£21,578.00-£23,000.00 per year
