Description
HLTA qualification level - Aware of the procedure with regards to safeguarding in a school environment

  • Able to tailor lessons based on each child's individual needs
  • Able to demonstrate a clear strategic vision for the school by raising standards and creating opportunities for all students.
  • Have experience of motivating students who may display challenging behaviour
  • Able to develop and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum
  • Exemplifies the principle of PACE (Playful, Accepting, Curious, Empathetic)

The Role

  • You will be responsible for teaching a small class of students with SEN and SEMH
  • You will plan, deliver and assess lessons tailored to the needs of the students
  • You will work with other professionals to support the students in reaching their full potential.
You will have additional support in the classroom from other support staff and from the lead teacher.


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

- school: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • HLTA certification (required)
