HLTA qualification level - Aware of the procedure with regards to safeguarding in a school environment- Able to tailor lessons based on each child's individual needs
- Able to demonstrate a clear strategic vision for the school by raising standards and creating opportunities for all students.
- Have experience of motivating students who may display challenging behaviour
- Able to develop and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum
- Exemplifies the principle of PACE (Playful, Accepting, Curious, Empathetic)
The Role
- You will be responsible for teaching a small class of students with SEN and SEMH
- You will plan, deliver and assess lessons tailored to the needs of the students
- You will work with other professionals to support the students in reaching their full potential.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- school: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- HLTA certification (required)
