An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Technical Support Advisor to join one of the UK's leading ecommerce service providers.


About Bluepark:


Since 2006, we been developing online shop solutions for a wide variety of retail and B2B customers, from startups to multi-million pound businesses.

We have established relationships with a number of industry partners, such as PayPal and eBay. We pride ourselves on our exceptional and acclaimed customer support.


About the Position:


We are looking for a friendly, articulate and professional individual to join our team, able to engage with a diverse group of customers spanning many industries, providing both pre-sales and after-sales support.


You will have a sound understanding of ecommerce, along with the fundamental aspects of web design and development, including associated technologies such as HTML and CSS.


You will be:


  • Friendly, patient and approachable
  • Articulate with a professional manner
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to show initiative
  • Able to pick up and learn new technologies, such as Bluepark's software
  • Able to communicate this knowledge to customers in a relateable way

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
